When the event opens, the booth should not look like it is still waking up.

- Stand where visitors can approach you
- Keep screens ready
- Keep the demo environment open
- Keep personal work out of sight
- Acknowledge people early
- Protect the booth together
If a visitor approaches while you are busy, make eye contact or give a short signal.
“Hi, I’ll be with you in a moment.”
Nobody becomes invisible.
