15. Reset
You can also use quiet time to reset the booth.
A booth slowly becomes messy. Reset it before it looks tired.
ALL TEAM
Check:
- screens ready;
- demo stations clean;
- materials straight;
- giveaways stocked;
- personal items hidden;
- notes updated;
- follow-ups captured;
- rubbish removed;
- drinks available;
- ready for the next rush.
Do small resets often. They are easier than one big rescue later.
